B Shot by a Stranger II (NSFW)
You may check at “B Shot by a Stranger” how it all started. Or at the wonderful article Hilaire Avril wrote for EYEMAZING about it. Or just check the resume with some featured articles about the new 2013 version of B Shot by a Stranger. The Velvet Scientist also wrote a great article/interview about this called A Perfect Stranger.
All the guys here are 18 to 28 years old: really cool guys from all over the world, who happen to have lonely moments as human beings. They face it in different ways, and here I am observing them… and sharing these private moments with you all.
Several universities (Art/Photography) around the globe are doing lectures about this project, from Iran to Ireland, England to US. I’ve been contacted by both University teachers and students to talk about the B Shot by a Stranger.
B Shot by a Stranger project is all about spying on loneliness, ending up being a great time for the loners and for the stranger. A psychologic play between voyeur and exhibitionist, a stranger and a loner. Without the stranger being there. Without the loner being here.
To end up the 2012 edition, the book B Shot by a Stranger was published with almost 100 most notorious photographs, from the hundreds of them that were taken along the year for this project.
Now time to get ready for the B Shot by a Stranger II!
